This display comes ASSEMBLED PERMANENTLY with HMA (hot melt adhesive). You cannot take these apart. Please understand some of the adhesive will be noticeable from the inside. 
 
Inside width of shelves are
 
13" wide lower shelf and 6" tall
10" wide middle shelf and 6" tall
7" wide upper shelf, 9" tall but tapers so this shelf will likely not be suitable for very wide candles.
